What is ORRA?

ORRA is a not-for-profit Professional Association for Human Resources Practitioners, founded to advance the professional practice of compensation, benefits and total rewards. ORRA fulfills this purpose by providing opportunities for professional networking, compensation and benefits education, and access to information resources.

ORRA is a member of WorldatWork's Local Network, facilitating local access to WorldatWork Certification.

For more information on ORRA, email info@ottawarewards.org.

Why Join?

Certification: As part of WorldatWork's Local Network, ORRA offers WorldatWork Certification courses within the National Capital Region. Our goal is to offer educational opportunities locally, reducing travel costs and time away from the office, making professional development more effective!

Recertification: ORRA membership, attending ORRA events and/or volunteering can earn recertification credits for those with WorldatWork designations.

Networking: ORRA membership will allow total rewards professionals to meet, discuss topical issues and events, and develop strong local relationships.

Partnerships: ORRA pursues partnership opportunities with other organizations, which offers some benefit to our membership. This activity enhances access to information and education across the region, and encourages networking with other business and human resources professionals.

Cost Savings: ORRA members receive discounts on all events and courses!

Volunteering: Volunteering with ORRA is a perfect way to maintain a strong connection to the local Total Rewards Network, and earn recertification credits. It is an equally super opportunity for students, new professionals, or highly seasoned specialists to share their ideas, thoughts, and knowledge!
