Upcoming 1/2 Workshop Session

8am - noon

FastHR with Dr. Theresa Welbourne - Bio

Location:  Capones West - Nepean Sportsplex – Richmond Room - 1701 Woodroffe Avenue Ottawa ON K2G 1W2

On Thurs. September 30th, 2010, ORRA welcomes Dr. Theresa Welbourne to Ottawa to focus on FastHR.

Fast HR is a growing body of work that spells out ways HR can change to meet the needs of today's fast-growth and high change organizations. No longer is change management enough. Traditional change management implies it will finish at some point in time.

Today's firms need to learn to thrive on change and build the ability to change into their DNA. A key part of this transformation is the HR function. And in order to keep up, HR has to speed up. This means that the HR function itself has to change how it is organized, the processes it uses, and the tools it employs; all must speed up.

To register for this ½ day workshop session, please send an email to signmeup@ottawarewards.org. To help us facilitate our logistics planning, please sign up before Noon - Monday, September 26th, 2010
