ORRA is committed to developing partnerships with High Schools, Colleges, and Universities to support the educational process, and to raise awareness and interest in our profession, through the following vehicles:

• Presenting classroom information about "what Rewards Professionals Do", tailored to the audience
• Education on Specific Rewards Topics
• Career Day type events
• One on One mentoring for students with an interest in a career in Total Rewards.
