A big part of ORRA's mission in the advancement of the professional practice of compensation, benefits and total rewards, is Education. We are committed to offering a variety of educational offerings here in the Nation's Capital, that respond to the needs and wants of our members and of the broader community in which we live. Some of our current initiatives are:

• Partnering with sponsoring companies in the region to offer these courses in convenient, professional training environments.
• Using a "student survey", for anyone interested in taking courses in our region, to keep us informed about which courses they'd like to see in the region in the next 2 years. (Click here to take survey)
• Offering short, half day seminars intended to educate and provoke thinking about Rewards topics.
• Working with High Schools, Colleges and Universities to support the educational process in the area of Total Rewards, and increase awareness and interest in the profession by current students.
