Mike D’Amico is the Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness at Iogen Corporation, a rapidly growing Bio-Fuels company headquartered in Ottawa. Prior to that Mike was AVP, Human Resources at Canada's largest software company - Cognos Inc.

He has almost 20 years experience in numerous HR functions including executive and equity compensation, benefits, training and organizational development, workforce planning and staffing, HRMS and HR management. Mike has worked as a human resources strategic partner with numerous business functions including product line management, marketing, manufacturing, sales, and R&D at Nortel Networks.

He has extensive experience implementing HR and compensation programs to global organizations. Mike has worked with Board of Director's and Compensation Committees on compensation philosophies, executive compensation, as well as company incentive and equity programs. Mike has a BA in Law & Sociology from Carleton University and an MS in Instructional & Performance Technology from Boise State University.
