Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds

Memberships: There are no refunds or transfers of memberships from one individual to another. Memberships are based on a January to December calendar year.

Breakfast events: Refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations sent by email to signmeup@ottawarewards.org 72 hours or more in advance of the event. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations under 72 hours; however, substitutions are acceptable and someone else may attend in place of the original party. Registered attendees who have not paid for the event and do not show up will be billed for the event. Should the notice period differ for an event, the amended notice period will be indicated on the invoice confirming your registration for the event.

Payments

Memberships and events hosted by ORRA are in Canadian currency unless otherwise indicated. Courses offered by WorldatWork are in US currency.

ORRA accepts payments in cash, cheque, Visa,MasterCard and American Express. There will be a $25.00 fee for cheques returned because of non-sufficient funds.
